This is the procedure that has been by far the most used and reliable: Begin immediately giving him/her recommended loading amount. The best way to offer relief for horses that are currently uncomfortable, is to give them the loading amount twice per day. Continue for 7 days for the horse to get comfortable and weaned off pharmaceuticals. For longterm maintenance measures, many animals gradually reduce down to 30 to 40 ml per day. |
